The wellness and leadership summit in Bangkok wraps after two days of immersive experiences, meaningful talks, and networking with over 2,000 attendees and many renowned speakers
Bangkok, Thailand – Dragonfly, a leading platform in Asia for leaders to catalyze social change for a more inclusive and harmonious society, has wrapped up its first H.E.A.L. (Harmony, Empathy, Acceptance, and Love) Summit in Bangkok and announced a new academy and retreat in Bali. This transformative event brought together renowned thought leaders, changemakers, and wellness enthusiasts from around the world for a journey of self-discovery, connection, and impactful change. Welcoming over 2,000 attendees, renowned speakers such as Steven Bartlett and Roxie Nafousi, took center stage, sharing their thoughts with the audience on how to transform yourself to lead well.
During Dragonfly H.E.A.L. Summit 2024, British entrepreneur and bestselling author Steven Bartlett shared his insights on self-improvement and entrepreneurship in a talk entitled ‘Leading with Purpose: Entrepreneurship, Innovation, and Personal Growth’, he said: “Don’t spend too much time in the trench, not enough time in the clouds. How you water your seed of intuition is so crucial.”
Expert in manifestation and personal development, Roxie Nafousi presented in ‘7 Steps to Manifesting your Best Life’ her book of transformative teachings that has sold over 1 million copies worldwide to empower the audience and show them how to unlock their potential. Roxie Nafousi said: “You manifest what you subconsciously believe you are worthy of receiving. Self-worth is at the core of the manifesting practice”
The immersive experiences at the summit, including the Wellnest and the Bazaar, were set to create the perfect ambiance for attendees. At the Wellnest, a serene oasis for rejuvenation offered relaxation, connection, and holistic healing experiences. Attendees enjoyed a 360-degree sensory room for meditation, workshops, and healing, and intimate spaces for personalized 1:1 wellness sessions. At the Bazaar, a vibrant marketplace showcased lifestyle products, food, and social impact businesses from Thailand and Asia, led by Imaginum Labs.
During the H.E.A.L. Summit 2024, Dragonfly announced its upcoming leadership retreat and academy in Bali, in collaboration with Elevation Barn, designed to be the ultimate five-day retreat to deepen and strengthen attendees’ personal grounding in self and advance their skills to lead well. Set to take place between November 30 and December 4, 2024, the retreat will gather some of Bali’s top wellbeing experts and through clarity of purpose mapping, participants will learn how to lead well and live a more joyous journey of positive impact.
In addition to the retreat, Dragonfly will be running an academy for leaders consisting of three pillars: wellbeing (heart, body, mind, and soul), leadership (personal development, empowerment, communication), and inclusivity (DEIB, unconscious bias, safety, and respectfulness). The academy offers programs for leaders to further develop their skills and train their own team, ensuring a journey of growth and well-being. According the Asian Development Bank, 20% of the adult population in Thailand experiences a diagnosable mental illness in any given year. The summit, retreat, and academy have been established to offer corporate wellness services that aim to reduce mental health issues and empower leaders to lead well for a more inclusive and harmonious society. Dragonfly firmly believes that leading well from the heart, body, mind, and soul are essential for transforming yourself, your business, and your community.
Honored by the participation of the Governor of the Tourism Authority of Thailand, Ms. Thapanee Kiatphaibool, who attended the event as one of the supporters to promote tourism through conferences and seminars, aiming to enhance Thailand’s image as a regional hub for wellness events. Commenting on the successful second edition of Dragonfly Summit, Pranapda Phornprapha Chirathivat, Dragonfly founder, said: “I want to extend a special thank you to our speakers, whose voices have inspired us to think, act, and heal in ways that will shape the future. Your insights have brought light to the path we are all walking together. To our sponsors and supporters—you make this work possible. Your belief in this vision and your generosity have been the driving force behind the summit’s success. This is not just a summit but a celebration and a moment to reflect on what more we can achieve in the future together, as we continue to build the community that will create lasting change.”
