VGI Wins “Top 1%” Global Corporate Sustainability Award for Second Consecutive Year at S&P Global Corporate Sustainability Yearbook 2024 Ceremony

VGI PLC or VGI, the leader of Offline-to-Online (“O2O”) Solutions through multiple platforms, led by Ms. Chitkasem Moo-Ming, Chief Financial Officer of VGI PLC, and Mr. Daniel Ross, Chief Investment Officer and Head of Sustainability at BTS Group Company Holdings Public Company Limited, receives the prestigious “Top 1%” Award from the S&P Global Corporate Sustainability Assessment in the Media, Movies & Entertainment industry, underscoring the Company’s sustained excellence in sustainability practices. This year, VGI achieved an impressive score of 82/100 in the Sustainability Yearbook 2024 by S&P Global. This marks the second consecutive year of recognition by the renowned sustainability rating agency.

Produced by S&P Global, the 2024 Sustainability Yearbook assesses business performance based on the Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) framework of sustainable business development. It evaluates more than 9,400 companies across 62 industries worldwide. Only 66 organizations worldwide ranked in the Top 1%, out of more than 759 companies assessed for sustainability and included in the report this year. In Thailand, only 47 companies made it into the Sustainability Yearbook for 2024. Notably, VGI achieved the highest ESG evaluation score among five companies in the Media, Movie & Entertainment industry (PUB Media, Movies & Entertainment).
